Kaution oder Versicherung von Mietwagen?

im September fliegen mein Bruder und ich zum zweiten Mal nach Bali. Beim letzten Mal hatten wir einen Mietwagen mit Fahrer gemietet. Diesmal wollen wir selbst fahren und durch Bali fortbewegen. So sind wir unabhängiger. Uns sind bewusst, dass es dort Linksverkehr herrscht und der Verkehr Chaos ist. Wir werden aber nicht in Bali Süden aufhalten, sondern im Norden (auch im Westen und Osten). Wir haben mal im Internet nach dem Mietwagen nachgeschaut und wir stellten fest und weiß nicht was das genau bedeutet. Ist das eine Kaution gemeint oder eine Versicherung (=insurance)??? Please be informed, basically we have 2 choices of insurance as follows: 1. Normal insurance - has included in the daily rate. It covers all the damage fee that related to the car if more than USD 300. Lower than the amount will be own customer risk. 2. Full insurance - we may add extra charge as IDR 60,000 / USD 7.50 to the daily rate. It covers all the damage fee that related to the car or theft or part of it with no excess. In case accident you don't have to pay any more money though. The full insurance above have third party liability up to USD 500, but don't cover life insurance. Hope one of them could meet your requirements. Wir stehen noch ganz am Anfang bei der Planung. Sollten weitere Fragen auftauchen, dann melden wir uns wieder. dort geht es nur um Versicherungen, die erste beinhaltet Schäden am Fahrzeug über 300 USD, alles unter 300 USD ist vom Mieter selbst zu tragen. Die zweite kostet 60.000 rp pro Tag zusätzlich, und beinhaltet alle Schäden am Fahrzeug sowie Diebstahl, zusätzlich ist ein Betrag von 500 USD an anderen (Fahrzeug/Personen?) gedeckt, beinhaltet aber keine Lebensversicherung.. (Für die Mieter und/oder Unfallgegener?) Ich würde jedenfals vor Ort buchen und nicht über das Internet! Viele Grüße aus Jakarta, Jürgen |

Car Rental Bali - lohnt sich das?

Thema Leihwagen auf Bali: Lt. MietwagenCheck (deutsche Seite) kostet ein Fzg der Mittelklasse (z.B. Toyota Avanza) inkl. Vollkasko ca. 300 EUR / Woche (ab Flughafen DPS) Das sind derzeit ca. 4.300.300 IDR Für 400.000 - 600.000 IDR / Tag (Wochenpreis eher weniger!) bekommst du min. ein gleichwertiges Fzg mit Fahrer, der sich in der Regel auskennt, dich und deine Famile/Freunde überall stressfrei hinfährt, abgesehen von den Tipps, die er euch geben kann. Wenn ihr viel unterwegs seid auf der Insel, empfiehlt sich ein Fahrer aus Ubud - der fährt jeden Abend heim und steht am nächsten Morgen pünktlich zur ausgemachten Zeit an deiner Unterkunft. Viele dieser Fahrer geben sich beste Mühe und versorgen Großfamilien mit ihrem Einkommen. - keine Parkplatz-/ Abstellprobleme - kein Aufbrechen des Fzg (Fahrer passt auf) - jeden Tag ein sauberes Fahrzeug, innen und außen - du benötigst keinen Int.
