Hallo zusammen
Wo es gerade um den Führerschein geht...:]

Ich fliege Mittwoch wieder nach Bali und wollte mir dann mal einen Roller mieten. In Deutschland kann man ja mit dem Autoführerschein auch einen Roller fahren. Also hab ich Schlaumeier :D mir einen internationalen Führerschein ausstellen lassen und da steht jetzt kein Roller mehr drin!
Und nun?
Darf ich nicht, kann ich nicht oder wie?
Was passiert wenn ich mit dem internationalen auf dem Roller kontrolliert werde oder doch besser nur den deutschen Führerschein benutzen?

Wäre schön, wenn Ihr Eure Erfahrungen mit mir teilt. :)

Im Internationalen steht nur Motorad drin also Klasse A/A1. Den bekommst du eben nur bei der entsprechenden deutschen Fahrerlaubnis. A1 könntest du nachtragen lassen. Bei uns in BW ist das keine Problem zum Landratsamt Stepmel drauf und fertig. Ich tippe mal das da keiner so genau hinsieht. Bei mir war es so wenn ich den Führerschein in der Hand gehabt habe reichte das eigentlich immer. Manchmal ein Blick auf das Bild und das wars. Ich habe allerdings auch die komplette Palette A...E .

Naja mit Führerscheinklasse AM darfst du eh nur max. 50ccm fahren. Soetwas habe ich auf Bali noch nie gesehen.
Von daher würd ich mir eher sorgen um probleme mit der KV machen, falls mal was passiert.

Wurde schon etliche male kontrolliert und noch nie hats einen Polizisten interessiert, was im Führerschein stand, hauptsache du hast das Heft.

Solltest du wiklich ohne Führerschein erwischt werden, lassen sich die Polizisten in der Regel einfach bestechen. Das ist reine Verhandlungssache. Ab 20.000 ist alles möglich. Aber nach oben hin gibt es keine Grenze.

Solltest du in eine offizielle Kontrolle geraten, kann es schonmal sein, dass du mit Bestechung nicht durchkommst. Kostet dann glaube ich 150$ oder 250 $ und du musst glaub ich zum Gericht um das zu bezahlen.(Halbwissen)

Hab bei solchen Kontrollen schon öfter Ausländer gesehen, die vergeblich versucht haben dem Polizisten Geld zuzustecken.
Wie es am Ende für die ausgegangen ist, weiß ich nicht.

habe das gefunden zu strafen bei fahren ohne gültigen führerschein , helm , gurt oder gültigen papieren usw. in indonesien .

sollte einem zu denken geben falls man sich ohne diese dinge in das chaos stürzen möchte :think


also sollte jeder , der in indonesien ein fahrzeug führen möchte (auto/moped/motorrad) darauf achten , dass er alle notwendigen papiere mit sich führt und das fahrzeug sich in einem verkehrstüchtigen zustand befindet ;)


- Surat ingin mengemudi (sim) = führerschein
- Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (STNK) = fahrzeugbrief/schein

✭ Führerschein/Fahrzeugpapiere

Article 77 (1) Any person driving a motor vehicle upon the road must have a driver's license in accordance the type of motor vehicle being driven.
Penalty* Section 281 Any person driving a motor vehicle on the road that does not possess a drivers license per Article 77 paragraph (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 4 (four) months or fined Rp1,000,000 (one million Rupiah). **(replaces previous penalty of Rp2,000,000 or imprisonment of 2 (two) months Article 59 - (1) of 1969)
Article 106 (5) At the time of any inspection of motor vehicles and drivers upon the road the road user must present: a. Motor Vehicle Certificate Number or Vehicle permit; b. Driver's license; c. evidence tested periodically, and / or d. other valid evidence.
Penalty* Article 288 (1) Any person driving a Motor Vehicle upon the road without the STNK certificate (or a provisional certificate) as defined in Article 106 paragraph (5) letter a shall be punished with imprisonment of 2 (two) months or a fine of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).

✭ Gurt-/Helmpflicht


Penalty* Section 291 (1) Any person who is not wearing a Motorcycle Helmet suitable to the Indonesia National Standards as referred to in Article 106 paragraph (8), shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) month, or a fine of Rp250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah).
Penalty* Section 291 (2) Any person driving Motorcycle who carries a passenger who is not wearing a helmet as referred to in Article 106 paragraph (8) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) month or a fine not exceeding Rp250,000, (two hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah).
Penalty* Section 289 (6) Any person driving a motor vehicle with four or more wheels upon the road and all passengers must comply with seatbelt usage.,shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) month or a fine not exceeding Rp250,000, (two hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah). ✭ fahren ohne Licht



Article 107 (1) The driver of motor vehicles shall turn headlights of motor vehicles used in Streets at night and on certain conditions.
Article 107 (2) Motorcycle driver must turn on headlights during the day.
Penalty* Section 293 (1) Any person driving a motor vehicle on the road without headlights at night per Article 107, or in certain conditions as referred to in paragraph (1) shall be punished with imprisonment 1 (one) month or a fine of Rp250,000, (two hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah).
Penalty* Section 293 (2) Any person riding a Motorcycle on the road without turning on the main lights during the day, as referred to in Article 107 paragraph (2) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days or pay a fine of Rp100,000, (one hundred thousand Rupiah)


✭ Mindestalter zum führen eines Moped/Motorrad :


Minimum age is 17yo, a car or motorcycle may NOT legally be used by someone under that age, even if they have a licence.
Article 82 (2) Terms of age as described in paragraph (1) the minimum specified to hold a driver's license is as follows: a. age of 17 (seventeen) years for Driving Permit A, C

ich nehme mal an das kein indonesier jemals solche strafen bezahlt hat , wenn dann bestimmt nur die "reichen geld druckmaschinen" (touristen)

bleibt nur zu erwähnen, das Ausländer auf Bali auch einen Führerschein beantragen können.
Der ist dann einen Monat gültig und kostet round about. 250.000 Rp

Internationaler Führerschein ist wichtiger als der "Echte"! Bin mal angehalten worden als mein Internationaler Führerschein um 3 Tage abgelaufen war. Konnte mich aber rausreden - hilft wenn man die Sprache spricht.

Wenn es aber dazu kommt dass man zahlen soll - Rp 50.000 und nicht mehr. Sollten die mehr haben wollen , kann man sagen das man den offiziellen Weg gehen möchte. Da bleibt dann nichts für den Polizist der einen angehalten hat.... Die Einheimischen zahlen höchstens Rp 20.000 wenn es dazu kommt.

Ich habe mal die Führerscheinstelle angeschrieben und bekam folgende Mail:

" da in der Klasse B die Klasse M beinhaltet ist und diese auf Ihrem Kartenführerschein eingetragen ist, benötigen Sie kein zusätzliches Schreiben. Der internationale Führerschein ist nur in Verbindung mit dem Kartenführerschein gültig. "

Somit kann ich mir wohl einen Roller mieten und ein bisschen rumtuckern, ausgedehnte Touren sind damit nicht geplant. Das der Roller etwas größer ausfällt als hier in D ist wohl klar.

Bei einer Kontrolle habe ich ja dann beide einstecken, wobei es wohl nur wichtig ist einen internationalen zu haben, wenn ich Daniel und Bernd_SB richtig verstanden habe?

so kleine mopeds habe ich nicht gesehen (50 cm³) , sind glaube ich alle 110 oder >

und diese darfst du ja wohl nicht fahren ;)

ausserdem weiss ich nicht genau was deine auslandskrankenversicherung im falle eines unfalls dazu sagt , eventuell bleibst du auf den ganzen kosten sitzen 8o

in meinem internationalen FS befindet sich bei klasse A (krafträder) ein stempel , nehme an bei dir nicht ;)

auch für einen indonesischen polizisten ohne englisch/deutsch sprachkenntnisse ist es also nicht schwer zu erkennen , dass dein führerschein nicht ausreicht :think

So, die erste Woche Bali ist leider schon vorbei...

Ich habe mich mal schlau gemacht.
Also es gibt hier auch kleine und gedrosselte Roller die Gemietet werden können.
Allerdings findet man sie nicht wie die anderen Roller an jeder zweiten Villa, sondern man muss schon nachfragen.
Ich selbst fahre immer noch keinen, da ich meinen deutschen Führerschein brav hab liegen lassen X(.
Um dem ganzen Elend im nächsten Jahr aus dem Weg zu gehen, hab ich beschlossen mein Weihnachtsgeld in den entsprechenden Führerschein zu investieren.

gute Investition.
Um allen Diskussionen aus dem Wege zu gehen, hat mein Mann im letzten Jahr auch den kleinen Motorradfs bis zu 125 ccm nachgemacht.

Inzwischen wissen bereits einige Polizisten, wo sie nachschauen müssen und schlagen ganz gezielt die letzte Seite des internationalen FS auf, um nachzusehen, ob das Feld abgestempelt ist.

Und in den letzten Tagen waren vermehrt Kontrollen - auch in Gegenden, wo sonst nie kontrolliert wird. Ist immer lustig, die Indonesier, die ihren FS noch nicht verlängert haben, warten dann in einiger Entfernung. Irgendjemand gibt nach Beendigung der Kontrollen ein Zeichen und alle brausen los.
